We'll add more pics to this section as weeks go... Just be patient ;)
Each frame coming out of our shop requires from 4 to 8+ hours of work,
depending on the complexity of it. From beginning to the end, it's a process
that requires precision and passion. The slightest mistake may mean that
we lost a puppy along the way.

Fabrication
of headtubes, BBs, dropouts, yoke, chainstays and other parts of
the frame that require machining and cutting. Here are some MBF

Tubes
cleanup to ensure clean and uniform welding.
Here, we've got a big pile of seat tubes after the mitering, waiting
to be cleaned up. |

Assembly of all the tubes and parts using the frame master ("jig"),
this ensures that everything is perfectly aligned. For each model, the
frame master must be adjusted depending on frame size and geometry.

On the frame master, all the pieces are roughly tacked together to preserve
the alignement

The frame is taken off the frame master and on to the welding table for
final TIG welding. All the joints of the complete frame are perfectly
welded.

Quality contol is an important part of our job. Every single frame is
taken back to the frame master to make sure it's perfectly straight, there's
no imperfection, and it diserves to represent the breed down on the street.

Painting is one of the first thing most people will notice on a frame.
We are proud of offering fully hand made frames, and we won't let anyone
take care of painting our products (unless it's for an extremely custom
paint job). That's why we added a complete powder coating equipment to
our shop. Powder coating is an high quality painting process that provides
an unmatched result. First, the paint is shot on the frame, and then it's
time for baking in our own PIZZA OVEN!

The finishing touch is the last step before our puppies are set free.
We apply decals and assemble the dropouts, wrap the frame up and... the
next step should be an happy new owner unwrapping it!
