Here's a quick look at the tools we use to produce every part of our frames :



We use a MILLER DYNASTY TIG welding machine with hydraulic cooler, this is the best equipment on the market right now. Matched with Mat's skills, perfect tubes mitering and preparation, this welding machine ensures utimate welding.



We rely on nothing less than the extremely high quality ANVIL SUPERMASTER frame fixture, which is considered to be the very best of all.

ANVIL have been producing quality frame tools for a while, and their latest generation SUPERMASTER is just a wonderful, fine tuned master piece and I simply can't imagine life without this extremely high quality tool.

In house production of headtubes and BB shells is done using a 14x40" metal lathe with digital read out.



Machining dropouts, chainstays and yokes, and proper 3D cutting (mitering) of tubes requires the use of a precision milling machine. We use a LILLIAN 10x50" milling machine with power feed and digital read out.



To bend tubings and plates with high precision without damaging them in any way, we use this specifically designed and custom tweaked tube bender.



We are proud to own a complete powder coating setup, in house, which allows us to control the entire painting process of the frames and create our own exclusive styles and paint jobs. From base coat to basic colors, advanced mixtures, special effect additives and every step that leads to the clear coat application, we can do it all. (photo)
